Vendors/Readers Information

The WRCF Witches' Ball is an annual event meant to enrich the local Pagan community and to celebrate this very special time of year. It is NOT a hardcore, mercenary, moneymaking venture. We host vendors and readers to give attendees a more interesting and fun experience. It also gives the local Pagan community and Metaphysical merchants a chance to get to know each other better. It's a great way for merchants to get their name out there and create some good will in the community. The WRCF makes no guarantee regarding profitability and donations are non-refundable.

Time-Table: Vendors/Readers can begin setting up at 4:00 p.m. and must be packed up by 11:45 p.m. Vendor booths may be open at 6PM, but vending will be briefly suspended during the Samhain Ritual and continued immediately upon the completion of the ritual. Space information: Each Vendor space is an 8' table w/ 2 chairs Each Reader space is 3' table w/ 2 chairs Vendors/Readers are responsible for the safety in their space and tables, any theft from their table (W.R.C.F. will not be held liable) and their own tax collection and bookkeeping. Vendors agree not to sell anything illegal. Some illegal items include but are not limited to alcoholic beverages and/or adult material (any art or imagery depicting sexual acts). If there is a violation of this, W.R.C.F. will exercise it's right to ask vendors to remove/change the items/situations or to leave the premises without a refund of donation fee. Vendor/Reader Space is available on a first come, first serve basis and is not reserved until contract and contractual donation fee have been received. Vendors Fees There is a $20.00 donation fee for vendors/readers to the W.R.C.F. Donations are due when the contract is signed and returned to the W.R.C.F. Deadline for sign up is September 30, 2008. If Vendors/Readers cancel or do not show on the day of the event, the donation is non-refundable. Please note that we have already begun filling vendor spaces for the Ball. It is in your best interest to sign up early for a space.
